Bar in Spain figure/mist ?

Photo Taken in a bar in spain 17/2/05 at 9.45pm with a nokia 7610 We got to the pub early to watch a show, so consequently at this point there arent many people in the place and you can see it is not especially smoky. My girlfriend took both photos but on return to the hotel we noticed something strange behind my head.

I have since been informed by a medium that this is eptoplasmic energy emenating from the nape of my neck and this is fairly typical as this is the link to the spirit. Strange though that it is only on one of the photos and they were both taken within a minute of each other.

Note the strange mist in the background that almost appears as a figure.
